About the Event

A blue-ribbon task force of South Florida event professionals has worked together to help you and your business come back safely. They have prepared a comprehensive and extensive document outlining everything you need to know and do,for every part of an event and every vendor who is involved.  So no matter what you do, this presentation is for you!

Get ready for Miami Safely Together!  A panel of task force members will present and answer questions.  To help you prepare, here is the document for you to review in advance of the meeting. Click to open the document: Miami Safely Together

The Miami Safely Together document is meant as a set of guidelines and suggestions for the Event & Catering industry to get back to work safely.  The idea is that as an industry and a city, if we stand behind these guidelines with the support of one another we can start rebuilding what we had all worked so hard to achieve.  Our industry has made Miami the destination for globally recognized events creating so many jobs along the way.
